I hope I didn't do anything stupid apart from stop the timer with cube in hand. (those who saw my other "sub-8 avg" will know what i mean)

Are you still doing 300 solves/day?:)
 
Nope, i finished the 10000 solve marathon a day or so ago.
Now I'm doing my own fortnightly OH/Feet challenge (see forum comps). I'm just doing a few solves, maybe 40 or so a day for 3x3 to keep my times from rising if they would :)
 
Your solving is really, really coming along, I can see a clear difference between your technique in this and the last couple of vids you've posted...

The next 6 months will be pretty paradigm-shifting I feel :)

Thanks. Yeah my technique's changed a lot- for the good I think. In fact, I've been focusing a lot on turnspeed changing too recently. With the aid of Supah Reconstructaw, I began wondering why I always turned so slow during the First Block. This led me to many other experiments- as you can see in this avg I was experimenting a lot with different turn speeds for different steps.
