Wow.. Im from India Living in Dubai.. I average 22 Seconds.. Wht method do you use, Full OLL and PLL? Any Tips for me to improve?

yeah, Full OLL and PLL as of now.
For you to improve, well that would depend a lot on your cubing style, what are your strong points, what are your weak points, what are your splits and stuff

I use Fridrich Method. I use full PLL and 2 Look OLL.
I can do the Cross + F2L in 13-14 Seconds. I will have to Improve that to 8 seconds
But i think OLL and PLL are my weak points.
Any tips now?

Drill individual algs. Sub 1.5 all the OLLs you use in your 2-look oll. And try to sub2 all your plls(will be tough for someone, but its not that impossible).
Make sure your cross is 8 or less moves and you can do it in maximum 2-2.5 seconds .
Next do a little work on your cross to first pair transition
After that check out speedsolving wiki(or maybe other sources) and work on the f2l cases which you are doing useless moves, having done this wil help shave a little from your time. Also change your fingertricks to standard ones for some olls and plls if you use weird ones, they might feel awkward at once, but are great for the long term ( like good D2s for A perm and M2s for H perm)

I like how this thread turned from you asking for help, to you helping someone. =D anyway, it's hard to tell what needs improvement, since a 14 second solve is still pretty dang fast, but I did notice a couple small pauses during f2l. One thing that can almost always use improvement is look ahead and recognition during f2l... But then again who am I to talk.

:D Always happens, many want help, but not many want to. And Thanks, i have always dreamt of a day when some cuber on speedsolving would call me fast :)
And yep, look ahead is extremely important. I did an analysis, if i combined all pauses in my solve(between cross and 1st pair, between 1st and 2nd........ between oll and pll), then they sum up to roughly 5 seconds, i guess a lot of practice to do :)
