Sorry Ben, but the algs you're asking for don't exist because of parity issues. You can't 2-cycle centers, you have to 3-cycle them. If you want to swap 2 wings, you have to swap 2 +-centers as well. And the T-perm ls even worse, you have to swap 2 +-centers and 2 x-centers in addition to the 2 corners and 2 midges.
Proof that I know pretty much nothing about BLD

The reason that those algorithms don't exist is because you're asking for an algorithm that does an overall odd number of swaps. On cubes, it's simply impossible for only two pieces to be exchanged.

    EDIT, AGAIN:
For some reason, I had it in my head that you were working with a supercube. I suppose there is an algorithm that does a swap of two indistinguishable centers and also swaps the two centers that are not solved. That can exist, it's an even number of swaps. But I'm not sure that's what you're looking for, I don't know what you're using this for.
Two corners can be swapped on a 2x2x2

Actually, 2 corners aren't being swapped. 3 corners are being swapped and it appears to be two. I think.

What's a good Master Magic tutorial for beginners?

    and a restringing tutorial?

oh and why is WCA blocked in China? I heard it's cuz it listed Taiwan, HK and Macau separately. Pretty dumb IMO

Alg 1, you cant switch just 2 centres.
Alg 2, thats not what he meant, and the one i posted is the best one.
Alg 3, he means switching UFR <-> UBR, and UL <-> UR, but for ur and ul only the main edges (not the wings).
