Good luck. You are going to have to progress at about 1 second a month. Actually if you just focus on that, I think you could do it. 15 to 10 is really hard though but good luck. With that in mind, maybe I will try to get down to 10 seconds... a 1 second difference is a lot though. I mean the first month you could just work on TPS and sub steps. Then second month just solve, then third month lookahead and optimizing algorithms, then fourth month solves, then fifth month TPS and lookahead. You could even just do it on a weekly basis. I don't know because it seems to be all good in theory but actually being able to do it will be hard.

Is this good for your Magic?
Well it's not bad for it. I actually just did this yesterday with my main magic to loosen it (I put new strings on it). I actually used 2 quarters between each set of tiles. However, I would recommend you do not solve it prior to placing the quarters in it, and only leave them in for a couple hours, not overnight.
My original question:
What do you think 5BLD?Dont wanna make a new thread, just want opinions.
Do you think that over time, one could sub 10?
Cause 5BLD got sub 10 EXTREMELY fast and it worries me that I keep having these plateaus and maybe ill never be sub 10.
Am i worrying too much? What do you guys think?
Of course anyone could if they believe they could. I honestly don't mind much about my improvement, I just let it go. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones who hasn't plateaued yet.
The things I see that I did that others who are striving to improve quickly don't are stuff like exploring a wide range of stuff. For example I switched back to CFOP for a few weeks back when I was an annoying little noob, then used Roux for a while, switched to Waterman, used it for a while then used 'Waterman' and eventually back to Roux. For a while I also used 'Waterman' alongside Waterman and Petrus too.
So yeah IMO exploring new stuff really helps.[/QUOTE]
Also, I think you worry too much. Thats what YOU told ME a while ago and it was, and is true for me too![]()
Weren't you there when I was experimenting with improvements for Waterman and started using this pseudo Waterman thingy and called it Waterman cuz I was a noob?
That's 'Waterman'.
