A small square of paper put in the center pieces will make the caps a more snug fit, so they dont come off. Just make sure they're the right size.

Edit: I don't think there would be a PLL parity. So with the 5 edge PLL cases, that's 10 for each, x4 for rotations, so 40. But you can take some away, 3 of the cases can be U2'd, so that takes away 6. So 34 including mirrors? 2 Cases can also be U/U' 'd, so 6 less to make 28. I'm probably wrong.

Edit2: 22 cases I think now. I only counted the 2 U/U' cases for one orientation case.
Intresting. Would it even be worth the bother though?

probably not. and when people use zz-b (one look last layer) they incorporate phasing which reduces the number of zbll cases down to like 157 IIRC

You probably can't control it as well and overshoot. My older brother is better with store brought then the fast DIYs out there.
After a week getting use to it you should be faster

I remember someone posted a link a few months back for a (European I think) company that did personalised logo stickers. Does anyone know where I could find it?

Edit: ah it's ok, I found it: http://www.speedsolving.com/forum/showthread.php?27673
