just keep practicing, look ahead, slow solves, finger tricks, new ways to do algs or find new ways to do a certian step. do advance edge pairing and advance center pairing

For 2 look PLL, do I really need to learn the CW Corner 3-Cycle?
I have just finished memorizing 4LLL except the CW Corner 3-Cycle which is on this sheet http://badmephisto.com/2LookPLL.pdf .
I have never ever found a case yet that required the CW Corner 3-Cycle, so would I be fine not learning this algorithm?

I would learn it. It's on the sheet for a reason.
I live in Canada, I literally have to warm up before I cube :)

    Wait what
Do you know a counter-clockwise Corner 3-cycle instead?
Unless I'm really missing something, you can't do 2-look PLL in the majority of cases without knowing one or the other

Less than two weeks ago, a very good lubix guhong v2 was ruined when a large dr. pepper fountain drink was spilled all over it, making it to the core. Since then I have referred to it as the "dead guhong". It is very sad. Is there anyway to get the dry, sticky, dead feel to go away or is the cube done?

So I've got some sticker-sized pieces of paper that I want to use to make a Duke Rubik's cube. My only issue is how do I put the little pieces of paper on the cube.

I tried one sticker with super-glue, and it was not too easy. If I continued with that, I would probably be stuck to the cube by the end of it.

So, how do you suggest I put these 'stickers' on?

Well. Try dissasembling the cube and then putting it in soapy water. You can scrub the pieces and that might help. I believe Memyselfandpi has a tutorial on how to do this and then lube it. But try some soapy water

No, for 2 look you only need a single corner 3 cycle for when you have one set of headlights, and for when there are no headlights some thing like a Y perm or E perm.

Wink Making sure my cube won't pop during an actual competition

I'm going to have a yearly unofficial competition organised by our school teachers soon.(like in one week)
I've lubed my guhong 2 weeks ago,its still godly.
Problem is, it pops like once every five solves. I prefer it over my zhanchi because the zhanchi doesn't feel right on me.
I can do sub 16 on my guhong, with my zhanchi,my avgs are only sub 20s.

Anything I can do about it? Or should i just stick to my zhanchi. (4 secs matters a lot cuz most of the cubers in my school are sub 14-20)

PS: The competition will be held during the assemble,i wont want my cube poping in front of the whole crowd
    I'm sexy and I know it :D
