What about pyraminx? I never really know how to hold it to scramble.

However you pick it up. I'm not sure that there is an "official" way to hold pyra. If there is, I'd do green (or darkest) front, yellow (lightest) bottom instead of top.

Usually the scrambles will tell you how to hold it. EX. scramble U,L,R,B',L',R,r,u the small letters are for the tips and the big letters are for the inner tips

It doesn't specify for non-cubic puzzles, so I just hold pyra however I pick it up.

Would this count as a DNF after you solved the puzzle and stopped the timer your last few turns or when you slam the puzzle on the table it pops?

    (a^b)^c = a^(b c) e^(2 i pi c floor(1/2-(Im(b log(a)))/(2 pi)))
