I've heard that once you lube a cube with spray, you can't go to a liquid lube, and vice-versa. My question is, could you switch from liquid lube to liquid lube? For example, could you switch to shock oil after lubing with puzzleproz lube?

Well i lubed my Rubiks Diy with rubiks diy lube, it sucked so i just washed my cube and lubed it with CRC, so far my cube is very nice
I used to try exotic lubes on my type D, and even now, it still works well with armour all original protectant.(my current lube)
I've heard it said that the cube lube from Rubik's or PuzzleProz is a furniture wax rather than silicone. But I never had much problem wiping the cubies clean enough before applying a different lube.
Great. Thanks for the info everyone. I guess switching from liquid to liquid doesn't affect anything, as I just went from puzzleproz lube to shock oil and back to puzzleproz lube with no problems.
