1) I would watch videos of other cubers executing their PLLs and see if you like their fingertricks. You can also base your own fingertricks off their examples to better suit you.

That's all I can help you with, since I'm not fast enough to give you tips with any of the other questions, haha.
You might be able to lower the times for your F2L by looking up algs on the wiki and see which ones suit you.

I avg like 23 but have gotten a 22.0x ao12 once. I get about 2-4 sub-20s in 12 solves. How can I get under 20 seconds? My cross is almost always sub-5. My last layer (3 look with a few olls) is usually about 8 depending on algorithms. So that puts f2l at like 10. What should be my main focus? How can I improve it?

Cross should be at 3s or even sub-3.
