Pyraminx problem.

I a bought a tiled mefferts pyraminx and it arrived yesterday. I scrambled it and then proceeded to try to solve it. I got to the point where only 2 edges need flipping. I then looked up the correct algorithm and found R' L R L' U L' U' L. My only problem is that I can't make the "R" turn. It is jammed and wont move in either direction. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thanks in advance

I was actually thinking of posting about the pyraminx a while back. I bought one and it broke like the next day. I think they should make another that is a little more durable and can be solved fast without the fear of breaking it. I wish there was a more sturdy version of this puzzle.
