Yeah it wasn't so much the +2 but that he got an H-perm (Ugly on big cubes).

You're not the luckiest cuber, that's certain.
Good solve anyway. It's amazing how fast you turn and even more so how well modded your cube is.
I'll be waiting for some tips on the matter, my SS, as probably most people's, doesn't move that well even after being properly modded =/

I can't picture you holding one more WR, it's bizarre how things change from one year to the next one. 2011 seemed to be dominated all over by Feliks, this year things fluctuate quite a bit.
    [1/5/12/100] 3x3 | 6.55 / 9.93 / 10.87 / 11.90 It's been like a year since I stopped cubing seriously. Now I'm trying to get back on my feet.

The era of Feliks is ending...
(seriously, no offence feliks. At one point you destroyed everyone else and held 2x2 avg, 3x3-6x6 avg and single, and 4bld. Now it's just 2x2avg and 3x3 stuff, right?)

    Good job Hays!

Well he still has 5x5 average by a pretty large margin. No one is even close to 57 yet.

We don't know where felik's at...
He did only one 2012 comp and that was back in February.

I'd wait a couple more results before drawing any conclusions

I think we will see some cubers who will get close to Feliks' avgs. on 3x3 and 5x5. I don't think that someone can beat them (maybe with lucky cases) in short times, but I'm quite sure that soon there will be more sub9 and maybe sub8 avgs. For 5x5 is the same: many cubers are getting very nice times, and I wouldn't be surprised if Kevin, Yu or someone else will get an official sub60 avg. by the end of the year.
The last one (2x2 avg.) the situation is different because luck helps very much, and I don't know if Feliks has ever practised 2x2 seriously.
But who knows? Maybe Feliks will came back and will smash again his WRs, starting a new "era"; it's possible that he improves before others can get closer.
    Just a personal opinion.

This is so true. I felt his 6x6 at Nationals and it was not that good either; he just turns it so well.
