Congrats! And I'm pretty sure that's the venue for the competition where Erik set his 7.08, amirite?
Cubes for sale. PBs NR #2 for 6x6, 7x7 and megaminx lol. Gonna do BLD this year, inspiration coming from: Maskow, Nevins.

From my understanding this makes you the first person to have held a WR in all the BLD events (and first to have 3 at once).
At least the first one who hasn't been banned afterwards!

    Congratz again Marcell!

Not exactly. That was on the other side of the building.

    Thanks guys! Some answers:

Reaction: I already broke the WR on my second attempt (3:12), but the guys were all like 'come on, why not sub3?', and to be honest, that was my thought too. So after the 2:48 I just turned to them, saying 'here you go, sub3'.

0:23 is an 18+ memo part. Go figure.

MBLD: I honestly don't know what happened - I froze, I lost it, I was just sitting there and realized I can't memo or recall anything, so I simply gave up after 10 minutes or so.

I'd say a 1:33 execution is 'normal'. I would've loved to rush it more but I was nervous and didn't want to screw up the centers (which often happens when I go faster).

My unofficial PB is 2:06.57. I have the scramble if anyone's interested.
Sub-2 is more than possible, although I doubt I will be the one to do that in competition. I never got to be comfortable about my 4bld solves.

Thanks for the detailed reconstruction, Brest!

Zane: I was aware of the first, but didn't now about the second. Ville didn't have 3 of them at the same time?

Ville held the 4BLD and 5BLD WRs simultaneously in 2010 to early 2011, but his 3BLD WR was broken in 2009 and he never reclaimed it.
