Are the other two layers solved? If they are, it's possible that somebody took your cube apart and put it together in a way that makes it unsolvable. Just take the cube apart and put it back solved.

Or just flip the yellow/blue edge. I think that the corner in the back right should have blue on top, so fix that too.

It's not an OLL. And yeah, I don't really understand xMarshyy either. It first sounded like all he wanted to do was make a blue cross (but I wasn't sure if the cross pieces are actually lined up correctly anyway) but at the same time he didn't like any part of the rest of the cube messed up.

I was being a bit sarcastic. The first post talked about cross so I thought it meant the first cross too as nobody says "cross" really except to mean the first step of CFOP. But after my FU'R suggestion, xMarshyy complained that it messed up the rest of the cube which led me to suggest the edge flip, originally PandaCuber's idea (jokingly actually). Maybe I'm completely off, but xMarshyy sounds like a real beginner. I don't think he is referring to a LL cross or anything to do with OLL with flipped edges or anyone having messed with his cube. It just sounded like he wanted to make a cross without affecting some other parts of the cube... who knows what he really wanted. If he was trying to make the first cross, duh that the other pieces move...
