Default Turning as Fast as you can

This might be a stupid topic but...
i noticed sometimes I make my fingers "limber" in order to go fast, where as sometimes i tense up and my fingers are more rigid.
I;m more consistant when im limber, but no idea which one i go faster with.
i was curious to see how everyone turns as fast as they can (for PLL)

Relax and know what to do and my fingers automatically turn fast (fast for me for F2B is like 7tps and LSE 10tps). If I try to turn as fast as possible i end up popping or getting lockups...
    (a^b)^c = a^(b c) e^(2 i pi c floor(1/2-(Im(b log(a)))/(2 pi)))
I've been cubing for only just over 2 years and I feel old already
