How do you execute the following OLL: F R U R' U' F' and the one with f without leaving pauses in after F and before F'? I seem to make a cube rotation which annoys me as it makes my solves slow(er).

The OLL with the big F is ok, but the OLL with the small one is annoying. Do a U2 then F U R U' R' F'. I do F turns with mt thumb.

I average like one minute at oh. My Zhanchi is good. I can't get faster. I do zz sometimes but CFOP others. I don't know oh plls just 2h ones. How can I get faster? I can make a vid later if you want.
