Oka is not solving 2 edges in the beginning, it's like semi solving two edges, and then like keyhole, but when you solve the "last" edge, you just replace with the first misplaced top-edge, which only requires 3 moves instead of the normal 4 moves![]()
Yeah! I either do that or the two edges then keyhole and last edge thing. Whatever I can see from the beginning is normally what I go with. I just became CN too after Cornell Spring competition.
I try to do the top tip and one of the bottom ones first. That leaves me with two or fewer tips to solve on the bottom, which I recognize when I get to the last layer and solve during the last alg or at the very end. Sometimes I solve some during the keyhole part if it's convenient.
