Help getting faster please

Can someone please help me get faster? I know F2L 2look OLL and PLL and I normally get times of 50-1m and occasionally 40s

Do some very slow solves to see if you can optimise your move count during F2L, when you've got the move count low, you should be able to solve the Cross+F2L in 30seconds barely turning at over 1 turn per second.
