Work on TPS for sure. Sub-1 execution is not difficult with OP/M2. Just work on making everything automatic, especially during edges. Practice sighted solves until you're confident enough to be going at full TPS with the blindfold on.
For memo, obviously the only thing you can do is memo faster.

I memo number for corners and letter pair for edges. is that ok?
3OP and OP are very different methods. If you are using 3OP I recommend you switch to OP (Old Pochmann), but if you're good at it you could stay with it as well. The way you memo is a fine way. TPS means turns per second, a measure of how fast you turn. You shouldn't worry about TPS at this point. Just work on memo until you're around 5 minutes. Really the only way to get faster at memo is to practice and push yourself beyond your limits.

I recommend you stick with OP.
Why?
I suggest you learn BH instead.
OP is usually considered faster. 3OP solves the corners in two steps instead of one. Either way you'll have to switch to 3-cycles if you want a much faster method.
