So yeah, work on your look ahead and remove that looking around from your F2L.
Also for the OLLs you might want to learn at least a few of the basic ones from various angles
    (1. It'll improve both of your hands dexterity and speed
    2. You wont have to do a U', U, or U2, though a U2 is really what should be avoided.)

Cheers, i have just started to slow down again, and my times are improving. I also notice i do loads of cube rotations, and i am trying to cut them out by doing d and d' instead.

So... what should I work on (the most).

You seem to start the timer, and then very slowly pick the cube up. Probably half a second right there.

Tooo many pauses. You also turn too fast. Practice less hesitations.

Not really. You should aim to keep your FB move count from 8-10 moves, and should build it exclusively on the left without rotations.

I am trying to build it at left, but it is sometimes easier at front.
    Also, wasn't that a 10-move block?

Building it from different angles is ok imo as long as you keep it to 1 rotation max. Try to get your F2B movecount to be sub-25 usually at least.

Also, turn a LOT slower. Any pauses whatsoever will hinder you quite a bit more than it does in CFOP.
    (a^b)^c = a^(b c) e^(2 i pi c floor(1/2-(Im(b log(a)))/(2 pi)))

Just looking for some tips, I'm averaging about 20 seconds now! Also, sorry about starting with the cube in my hand.

Your lookahead seems pretty good, you might want to increase your turning speed a little, do so until you hit the limit where you can barely look ahead. If you don't have the technique to do so then something like PLL time attacks might be a very useful exercise. Also, you use A LOT of F turns, try to gradually stop doing that, you'll probably have to change your turning style a little if you want to become faster. Don't get me wrong, everyone has their own turning style but using F turns aren't really that effective and you can really tell in the video. Good luck and if you keep practicing you'll be sub-20 in no time

Thank you, what would I do instead of F turns?
