You turn slowly, which is nice, but you still seem to have lots of pauses. I would recommend increasing TPS slightly and looking ahead more.

If he's pausing at that speed, why would he increase his TPS

I find that I can actually look ahead better when I turn faster (to a certain extent).

Theres the difference between slow turning with sluggish thinking and slow turning with constant thinking. Slow turning does encourage sloppy look ahea if you don't concentrate.
    (a^b)^c = a^(b c) e^(2 i pi c floor(1/2-(Im(b log(a)))/(2 pi)))
I've been cubing for only just over 2 years and I feel old already

I'd recommend that you stop the timer properly. Avg was 9.91

You can stop with your palms, can't you? I'm not wrist-ing it. As far as I can tell in the regs, you just have to start the timer with your fingers and you can't wrist stop or karate chop the timer to stop it.

Timer stops look fine to me. How much do you usually plan in inspection? Ideally you want to be planning up to LL on most solves. Practice with no inspection limit, just make sure you can inspect as far as you possibly can.

Your turning style is completely different to mine so I can't really help you much there, but turnspeed is not much of a concern at this point anyway. Inspection, efficiency and lookahead are much more important.

Okay, I try to see at least the first whole tip in inspection, or at least where the 3rd piece is going to be (not always orientation though). You're saying that I should be able to 1 look the solves basically?
