Sort of, but more like corner controlling. Do R' F R F' 3 times to set up. If you were to solve this normally (R U R' U' x3) you would get an OLL case to do. But if instead you solve the pair by doing R' F R F' x3 (or R2 U R2 U R2 U2 R2) you will skip OLL.gotcha, im book smart, not performance smart... so basically edge controlling?
