5x5 single - 58.41 with "world record mod"

Just wanted to get up a video to show how the cube works.

I'd say it is definitely very similar to my V-cube; however, definitely better as well. The difference isn't huge, but it is noticeable.

I'll get an actual good solve up some time, I got a 54.00 yesterday but my camera died right before I did the solve.

Very nice. First time I catched your video via forum and not youtube.
I already watched the mod video as I'm getting my SS 5x5 (and 6x6) tomorrow and wondered who's the world class cuber that gets this cube
My v-cubes (3x 5x5s) are way too loose or stiff, it's just too random what kind of tension they have.
Too bad my cubes won't come already modded and stickered, pff...
At least this video inspires me to do the mod faster

The best thing, if you have the time to mod the cube, you can get a very good cube and the cube only costs 1/3 of the V-cube

Have anyone tried the world-record mod on V-5? BTW, really nice solve, but you have potential for a faster 3x3 stage and since that modded cube has better outer layers, I think you should focus on the 3x3 stage in your practice.
