The fourth attempt is a big fail for me!
I could do sub-10!!!
But it was a big mistake on PLL

I average 23 seconds.. Can you advise me on what i can do to improve?

I started cubing about 10 months ago. Cube is DaYan ZhanChi. Yes, I use full OLL and PLL. Just practice a lot, use look ahead and fastest algoritms.
