its hard to see what your doing because your cube is practically off camera, but your Oll seems like it needs some work and you cube rotate quite a bit.

Thanks, I didn't realize it was so off cam. I'll adjust it next video... But yea, my OLL definitely has some bad algs. And sometimes I find cube rotations faster than non rotating inserts, but maybe I'll learn some new tricks.

Yea, I usually do between 50-200 solves a day, usually 100 though. Any specific examples of what to practice?

Do you think loosening cubes a bit each month helps? I heard you do that.

I would really recommend this as well, particularly you should spend time on your cross, and OLL/PLL IMO. Also if you want so tricks for F2l, I have a bunch and i put them in my F2L vid here:http://www.speedsolving.com/forum/sh...015#post729015

I'm not convinced. It seems to be most efficient to just do solves.

Not if you have weaknesses, once you have mastered as much as you can outside of solving then you should just do solves to improve lookahead and tps, but I very stongly believe one should try to perfect their method to the best of their ability before they try doing it faster.
