This is a website that I have just found that seems to be fairly good for 1vs.1 competition. On this site you can directly challenge a person, or you can set up a competition. I don't know, though whether it is A) live and B) open to more than two people for a direct challenge. I do know, though, that competitions are not held live, you must place a video.
