Orders are processed during all business days (Monday-Friday) and are typically processed within 24 hours. We currently ship all items out of Denver, Colorado, USA.

We offer a complimentary premium membership for free to all users who order $20 or more from the Speedsolving.com Puzzle Shop (counting shipping). Just to update the customers: we are currently in the process of filtering out bugs in the order/checkout process. Some orders didn't receive confirmation orders. Rest assured that if you paid, your order has been shipped.

It looks like some puzzles are coming close to selling out. It is difficult when launching a shop this size to determine the quantity of each puzzle. Some puzzles don't sell, others sell a lot. We will restock any puzzles that sell out, and will bring in new puzzles over time. Restocking should happen every 2 weeks, and we hope to bring in new puzzles each month. We may also adjust the shipping model a bit as we gather data - we will update when this happens. Please bare with us while we smooth out the ordering process.
