I think at a certain point it stops being "memo" and starts being "lookahead". I think 7 seconds counts as lookahead lol. I think anytime under the regulation 15 seconds for inspection counts as lookahead.

I'm stuck in 35 seconds avgbut I've changed my way to solve the parity so now if I have 20 targets I have to do 10 algorithms
I also learnt this two adyacent edges flip algorithm but actually I can't find no way to memo sub10 avg
