which one is better dayan guhong pom or dayan guhong?

Supposedly they're exactly the same other than the plastic, and there is very little difference.

People generally say they prefer the standard version however I haven't personally tried the POM.

edit - I seem to remember than the POM is ever so slightly smaller and heavier.
