So.. How do you guys do MU fingertricks. Just curious...
I mainly do left ring for M' right index for M (or Lw L') and left ring-middle for M2.
Edit: and both indexes for Us.

Right ring for M', right ring for M, right ring->middle for M2, left hand for U'/U2.

On a more serious note, I use my left ring finger for M' as well as M, and then my left ring and middle (sometimes pinky as well) fingers for M2. For U I use my right index, U' left index, and for U2, either left or right index and middle fingers depending on the situation.
So this thread totally caught my attention coz moo and DaveyCow n stuff...
Yeah... Funny you don't use Roux...
