    I think is happened 3 times for me. Once from CCT, once from Cubetimer, once from Prisma timer. On two of them I still didn't get sub-20 becasue I failed F2L. Though had I not failed F2L, I wonder if he solves would've been even faster...

    I've never got one, but one of my friends got one after just one week of cubing, althuogh, I didn't witness it.

    I think, the most people get it with a fail F2L and/or cross.

    The two LL skips I have gotten were the only two sub-9 solves I have ever gotten. So while they weren't the best F2L's ever, they certainly weren't fail for me.

    Yeah you 2 have right, cross and F2L can bad, can good, can normal.

    Note that "can't" means "can not". You're consistently saying the opposite of what you mean.
