Begin learning intuitive F2L now. I recommend Badmephisto's basic idea of F2L video. After that, take some time to practice incorporating these into your solves each day and you'll see improvement no doubt.
    OR
Do some research on what method best suits you. Then after getting the basics down, you can choose whichever method you like most or w/e. ALSO IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER, YOU HAVE THE CHANCE TO BECOME FULL COLOR NEUTRAL. I really recommend being color neutral. If you stay with CFOP(Fridrich), just begin solving with the CROSS THAT SEEMS THE EASIEST ON ANY COLOR. Then begin there. I wish I would have known about color neutrality when I started (I'm switching to color neutral:can solve with cross on orange, red, white, and yellow, but slower on blue and green still).

Ive got a question about color neutrality. ATM Im sub-30 with CFOP(2 look OLL, full PLL). Would you still recommend learning it at this stage ? Or first try to become better (sub20/15 whatever) and then start doing cn-solves ? Because for me its really hard to do any other cross than white.

Start now. It will only get harder to do as you get faster.
