It's definitely not a DNF. The MM is not being raised over any of the timing apparatus. In an official solve, if anything besides the timing apparatus got in the way you would be awarded another solve rather than a DNF, as it's the judges responsibility to get everything out of the way. This isn't official, though.

Sorry, but that's a ridiculous comment. Not only that there would be of course no keyboard on the table in competition, but also the tile is clearly not 45 degrees up, so the puzzle is just perfectly solved.
