It's not possible and against the rules. If something in a signature distracts you from the thread, it's not allowed (I think that's the reasoning), and an image is a big distraction.
Why would you even want one?

Try contributing to the forum instead of trying to make friends with people by doing stuff for them.
IMO, avatar pics and short/sweet signatures give enough "personality" to each member. Big annoying picture signatures will just get in the way.
