Are there any good OH T and Y perms?

I am looking for a 5x5 flip wing edges algorithm, but I can only use U, Uw, and R and Rw.

I can do a surrogate F on one or two layers, but not sure how well it would work with the wingflip.

(bandaged 5x5 1x3x5 block is bandaged)

Standard T perm is fine for OH imo
