The "Request an Alg" Thread

Anyone know of an algorithm that flips the to inner wings on a 7x7 edge pair. Usually, I do the parity algorithm twice, one on the inner layers and then once on the innermost layers. Also, doeas any one know an algorithm that does the parity where one edge pair has one parity and another edge pair has another parity? I hope that made sense. That is what the fast solvers do for 7x7 right?

Guys, SS algs 25 through 30 where the bottom corner is in place, do you guys do it intuitive, using the SS algs(Which one's for each case?) or do you have your own algs?
