Is this shop on Ebay good for cubes? Legit?

I've recently ordered this http://cgi.ebay.ca/DIY-Rubik-Type-SP...item27ae81c34b cube.

It seems that the seller used pictures from the Haiyan cube site, but the other photos show a completely different set of pieces, without the special mods Haiyan made.

Can Anybody identify what he is trying to sell? Thank you!

yeah these cubes are real. I bought 2 of these but im terrible at adjusting tesion so i promply bought an F-II. good seller, very polite
