    Default problem with magic speedsolve

    hello forum,

i solve the magic on the "fast way" but i am still slow (around 3 - 4 seconds) and thats because the 2nd part, i can make the twist in around 0.80, but the rest takes me so long!

any advice how to improve my times?

just do it over and over. that's really all there is to it
Vaseline is like crack for your cube - it works so well when you put it in but destroys your cube from the inside out later.

You need to use Eric Limebacks method, I used to have a terrible avg. I would do the twist then put it down on my hand to do the flips. Your solve should all be one fluent (spelt wrong) motion.Try to keep the magic stationary and move your wrists around it, If you can imagine it.

I would advise that you start slow and build up your speed, like f2l, then as you practise you will get faster and the hand motions will become second nature, also work on the twist move, the twist takes me like .3 ish, if you want you can watch my tutorial, or maybe my fastest magic

Actually in my opinion yes, it actually is. The reason is because it's slightly thinner and therefore easier to grip.
