Like everyone said, you had a lot of pauses in F2L, but also your fingertricks are very jerky and awkward. Try to make everything smooth and flowing.

Go through all the standard F2L cases and for all the cases that you find much shorter solutions, learn* them.
*By learn, I mean do it a few times, figure out how it works, and understand it. It'll be much easier to remember, and will help your F2L in the long run.
