    Learn COLL that preserve phasing.
    [/QUOTE]
Thanks. So just to clarify, you're saying that I should learn COLL as a subset of ZZLL?
switch to ZZ! ZZ tutorial! ZZ PBs 1/5/12/100: 8.16/10.04/11.06/12.20 OH PBs 1/5/12/100: 17.xx/23.25/25.36/27.77 . ZZ solver since 4/29/12

    Exactly.

    In complement, learn those ones:

okay, thanks for your input, but just one last thing, to preserve phasing i need algs that don't have three cycles or adjacent two cycles on the edges? thats right ain't it?

finally, the 25-30 was just the zzf2l bit:/
Is it a J-perm? Are we on PLL?

So hi, I've switched to ZZ after 4.5 years of nothing but CFOP last septeber. I got around my usual 15 s averages pretty quickly. (I've been at that barrier for about 3 years now.)

Now I've done some CFOP just for fun to see if I still remember it Turns out I'm actually a little bit faster with it than I was before I switched. Of course stuff like cross have gotten a little worse, also I've forgotten most of my OLLs, but overall I'm faster. So what I'd like you to do now is to tell me why I shouldn't take the easy route and switch back to the boring old CFOP.

it's up to you, one nice thing about learning other methods is you find nice things taht you can incorporate into your normal solves, like my F2L is worlds better now that i do ZZ than it was before.
i unno it's just little things about ZZ solving that i like alot, like the lack of need to do Y rotations during F2L, the fact you always get an opposite color cross, so it's like you're doing VH-F2L, and the fact that opens up the ability to do several different last layer possibilities, like COLL -> EPLL, or full on ZBLL, or ZZLL + phasing. or if you don't feel like doing anything, how it reduces the number of OLL cases you need to know, since you'll always have a cross therefore only need CLL algorithms.

just my thoughts (although i'm not nearly as fast as you LOL, still trying to get around to breaking sub 20 @__@)
ZZ-solver now =D, get dem ZZ solves down yo~ you should too =D you know you want to :3

I'd love to find out otherwise, but I'm not convinced anyone currently knows full ZB.
