Default Any tips on making a smooth cube?

    Hey guys,

I can get some sub-20s, but i can't consistently get them because my cube locks up easily.

Are there any ways of making your cube a smooth one.

The cube i use is an A Type IV (DIY)...

Please give me some useful advice... Thanks!

Just lube your cube, work around, wait for 5-6 hour and assemble the cube to clean the silicon.I think this way will make your cube more smooth (l think)

yes, cleaning the cube might stop some lockups.
but if you've watched Edwards Cube Maintenance Tutorial, you should scrape off any inperfections that appear when the cube was made.

Well lube will work to make it fast and smooth, but to reduce lock-ups I recommend you do the mod where you round the corners. I don't know if there's a video about it anywhere but it works really well, for me atleast.

There's no video on the corner mod, but it's easy. (i think there's no video)

you just take an exacto knife, and round the edges on the corner (if you know what i mean)
