I got my adapter and everything and plugged every thing in. I found a mixer that made the dot turn green when I turned the timer on but when I started the timer the computer timer wouldn't work. Please help if possible.

I got my adapter and everything and plugged every thing in. I found a mixer that made the dot turn green when I turned the timer on but when I started the timer the computer timer wouldn't work. Please help if possible.
Have you tried a different stackmat setting? Like it's originally set at 50 in the CCT Options but if you change it it might work.
