hey guys,
right now i am learning fridich and im averaging around 45s only with 2look oll/pll. so when should i learn the rest of pll and oll?
thanks

like, learn the pll's right now?
thanks
with 4-LLL you can get sub 35 easily.. but sub-30 is harder..
when you are sub-35 I suggest learning all the PLL-s and then when sub-25 then all OLL-s.
ok, any tips for cross and f2l?
thanks
Yup, this was how my training goes long ago:
1. Full PLLS ( from the common ones: A, U, H, Z, E - then J , R, T, F, V, Gs and N)
2. Olls? ( Still Not fully memorize yet >_<) - Common ones and expand to fews..
Addition:
Cross is like an art (some lines from Dan Harris sites and speedcubing book) but basically just to see where which edge goes to where and practise as if its like a second nature to you. Experience will come~
F2L - as most experienced cubers say.. go for intuitive f2l and learn only few algorithm f2l that are simple, sometimes, some keyhole method is applicable.

hmm, how long did any of you take to memorize all pll/oll?
thanks
Quite a short time if you are dedicated enough. For me, memorizing is like 3 days to a week. The hard thing is how i apply it on my cube if the case happens and the question whether my fingers/muscle memorize the sequence already. Also, over time you might find that the algorithms are quite not to your likings and search for another algorithm of the same PLLs/OLLs.
oh i see,ok cool
I think you mean easy, not common because H is rare and G is common.
Look at the x/288 on this page: http://www.speedcubing.com/final_layer_permutation.html
