Default BMW "Vinyl care" for lubricant?

I found some spray lying around in my garage... it's a BMW product and called "vinyl Care." The description reads:\
Silicon containing, deep-acting carefor all unpainted plastic surfaces for your care such as cockpit, door linings..." blah blah blah...

Acording to the label, it does not contain anything but silicone and water... I sprayed it and it looked and smelled like my favorite puzzleproz lube...

Before I risk using it, do you think it could be used for lube? I know puzzleproz lube is made of some polish... and this may be it.

EDIT: sprayed it on a spare broken core and a piece... I'm going to wait and see if it's safe on plastic for cubes...

sounds like it should work. try it on a lesser cube, not just pieces, because you can't really tell what it's doing until you feel the pieces slide

Yeah... I just tried it on one of my siamese cubes... it works well! Not sure if it will damage it... but we'll see.

I put it on the pieces not to see how well it worked, but to see if it would damage the plastic in any way.

Another product that is similar to that is Armor All Original Protectant.
