F2L Help Needed

I been practicing F2L since last week, because im " COLOUR BLIND " So the colour of opposite white is "Black sticker"
I need help looking for edge and corner that i can pair, but it just i cant see the colour in a fast time.

Anyway, Vryon, I would highly recommend using a metronome to practice consistent TPS and lookahead.

If you can't recognise colours fast enough because you are colour blind, you can maybe try to put stickers with characters or symbols in place of colours.

It will maybe help you with recognising faster the pieces
