Not sure if there ever was any in Scheveningen, but lately there were yearly competitions in Rijswijk and Voorburg. Maybe we can expect something after summer.
Next step would be to connect WCA live to cuber's profiles, so I can see his live results from there. Even better if I could see the future events each cuber is registered for.

In the next competition I want to see sub-Kevin times in 6x6 and 7x7. :)
Ciarán is having a great competition in London. ERs in 5x5, 6x6 and 7x7 and he even won the 4x4 final against Sebastian.

Graham and Shivam are making progress, but WB is still 49 points by Kamil. I think their improvement per practiced time will start showing a lot of diminishing returns now. As Mike Hughey said, I think it could happen by 2025 but 2020 seems too soon to me.
These were the most interesting predictions made in 2017. They were made 46 months before the end of 2020, and we are now 23 months before the end of 2020. Some people commented at the time that they were impossible and yet 2 of them have already been broken.
