Yet another question on color neutrality. I have searched and read the old threads debating pros and cons of it and can understand both sides' arguments and personally lean to the side of "having easier recognition over saving 1-2 moves", but not sure how I should approach it in pure practical...
Hi.
This coupon code doesn't work, it says "invalid coupon". Is the site currently broken, or maybe you mistyped the coupon code?

I would like to hear opinions of people who actually used good old A/D hybrid and liked it.
I haven't been cubing for a long time, and my favourite cube back then was D type with A core. Things I particularly liked in it: pop resistance 101%, very fast, but very controllable (doesn't...
Isn't that a mistake? The given commutator cycles UBR-FLU-DFR.
Other than that, I'd give your tutorial 10/10, simply the best commutator tutorial I've ever read. Right now reading through orthogonals section. The "exercises" sections are extremely valuable, something that other tutorials...
I already wrote about that.
Great speed, no pops, minor lockups sometimes. Very lightweight.
When tightened to the max, the speed remains the same, almost no lockups, corner-cutting becomes slightly worse.
Loose = still no pops, but more lockups.
Noname shop in subway, Moscow, Russia. :)
I bought several old A cores, and they came in 2 different variations. They are both plastic, not nylon, but their shapes obviously differ:
Which one is old A? Which of these two should I place into my D?
Oh, thanks.
There are several different DS models, so I guess you're right. At least, price matches, and quality is very good (it behaves a lot like type D, just a bit different)
Hi.
Just of curiosity, bought an unknown cube recently. It's dirt cheap (around $3), but turned out to be quite good for its value.
Description:
- white plastic
- weird color scheme with somewhat "dull" colors
- doesn't pop even at loose tension
- "weird" centers (see the last picture)...
Need some help here deciding what to learn next after classic Pochmann...
I learned classic Pochmann because it's probably the easiest method to understand. However, I felt that it isn't very effective in terms of speed since you waste a lot of moves for swapping just 2 pieces a time. On the...
Since this is a COLL thread, I might as well ask here.
In which order do you recommend learning COLL cases for Petrus? My thoughts:
I might do one of the 7 basic OLL/COLL algs on yet unknown cases and then PLL, but I don't know any PLLs besides J/Y and don't plan on learning them in the...
