On what I should work and how? (with solve video)

Thank you for input. I am thinking about moving from M2 to comms for edges, but since I have bigger problem with corner I have no real motivation to do so. I have my memo pairs well organized, I use Anki (memory training program) to practice recalling them faster. I practice usually 5-6 times a...

    One-Answer Blindsolving Question Thread

I am using commutators for corners on 3BLD and need to speed up my TPS during that phase. What kind of training/practice should I aim to achieve this?

On what I should work and how? (with solve video)

Any tips how to work on this? Sighted solves? Repeating time consuming algs?

On what I should work and how? (with solve video)

In 3BLD I reached moment, when most off my solves are in 1:00-1:25 range with occasional sub1 solves. During practice I usually have 50-70% success rate. Almost all of my practice routine until now was just to sit and do solves. I feel like I am not making further progress this way, so I would...

    Beginners method vs. CFOP

Do 3 main things: 1. Practice 2. Practice 3. Practice more At your level is the best way to get fast, just pure timed solving. At level of 21-23sec averages you can focus little on look-ahead training.

    Check your "ranking" while practicing

Oh, at first I thought that ranking is from competition of scramble origin, but that had to be world ranking. My bad.

    Check your "ranking" while practicing

Yay! Great, I will test it today. Another idea (hope you wont get mad because of requests): Manual input In that way you can practice on timer and just enter time. Convenient for fast events like 2x2 when difference between space and timer can be significant. EDIT: Wait a minute. I remember...

Proposal: Regulations to ensure scrambling accuraccy

For me - option 2) I think judge should check scramble when he/she picks up the cube. Printing few pages of scrambles more (for judges) which will reside on scramblers table would not increase cost of competition dramatically and it will make second layer of check to scramble.

    Check your "ranking" while practicing

New Prisma Puzzle Timer with Stackmat Gen 3 support

Thank you for your version, but It has small drawback: In beta version of Prisma 0.6 you can hide scrambled cube view. It is extremely useful for BLD solving.

    Blindfold Accuracy Discussion Thread

Think of pairs before head. You can make your own list of your letter pairs, so you will have memo system and will not have to think new words during execution.
