The cost to enter is $15, and there is a 150 person competitor limit, so register...
I'm very proud to have known Michael Humuhumunukunukuapua'a these past 3 months I've worked at TheCubicle.us
Michael is a cubing prodigy, and will certainly make a surprising entrance into competitive speedcubing at the upcoming Manhassat competition.
More personally, I appreciate Michael's...
Several years ago, I popularized the term "The Big Four," in reference to what I, at the time, thought were the four most powerful speedcubing methods.

Petrus was always 4th place in my head, and I considered it inferior to the other methods...
Not sure whether this belongs in Puzzle Theory or Software Area.
In any case, it seems most cube solving programs try to store the position of a cube initially as:
CP, CO, EP, EO.
[CO has 3^7 possibilities.] [CP has 12!/2 possibilities] [EO has 2^11 possibilities] [EP has 12!/2 possibilities]...

Just a rant.
I'll repeat the end question here:
does anyone else feel a certain degree of passion for the subject, and despises the apparent complacency, or am I alone in my feelings here?
I used to feel like people really cared - now the age of the average cuber...
I got an idea a LONG time ago to make a proper algorithm database.
I finally have the time and competency to do it.
This will be a full replacement of and improvement upon the SS Wiki, pages of printable PDFs (Sorry Andy Klise!), BOCA Database, and most every other algorithm database currently...
It's just like qqTimer, but I took 90% of it out and now it will generate scrambles that have 'n' flipped edges!
Original creds go to qqwref.

Next version will display a few optimal EOLine solutions below the timer (or somewhere) (optional)
Hopefully...
Let's say you got paid to sit at a desk and train your cubing skills.
Your salary is based off of your 3x3 2H, OH, and BLD speeds (faster times = more money) and you can not switch jobs.
It's a typical job that requires you to be in the office 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday.
What do you do...
When you're creating a signature, evading the two-line limit is not funny, cool, or clever.
Using [INDENT] a few times in order to evade this is very obvious to mods, and we have this system set in place for a reason.
You will get an infraction if you obviously evade these restraints, and we...
This beast is over three hours long. not sure why it hasn't been posted yet.
Phil will likely answer any/all questions you have here.

We have plenty of timers, some solvers, and a few tools here and there.
There's also a https://github.com/cubing.
What software have you, as an individual, wanted, but it's not available?
As I see it now, people are only develop for self-induced purposes. They want a script, they make it...
I don't think enough research has been done here.
This is under the assumption that the cross has been made and you want to reduce the cube to LL within 3-4 steps.
One suggestion; 2corners, 2edges, 2 corners, 2 edges.
There must be something here we've neglected, no?
Let's expand...
Basically, Slenderman was thought up for a photoshop contest in 2009, and this video series (Marble Hornets, unrelated name) is just to show an idea of what the creature may actually be like.
The wiki for it (independent from the video maker) supposes that the videos are actually valid, and...
If you have access to any virtual implementations of the state of a Rubik's Cube, please post them here.
What I'm looking for here is just a class that represents a cube, with some functions allowing turning the pieces.
It'd be nice to have a collection of these in each language, so...
