      Hi Dan, its Tom Stock here. Don't know if you remember me, but I asked you at the Rapid Dash comp whether I could go over 10 mins on the 3x3BLD...
      Well, I just wanted to ask, because you're obviously quite good, how you practice for 3x3BLD? do you just do solve after solve, or do you have to do something special - (like using metronome for 3x3 to improve F2L???)

      What did you do to get so fast?

      p.s. i did a 7-8 min solve a couple of days ago and I use OP. how should I go from here(apart from learning M2) :)
