Centers are easy, all you do is create bars and solve the rest. You do white and yellow, then the rest in adjacent order.
Most of 5x5 is intuitive, just learn parity and the sune algorithm for L2C, edge pairing is where you misorient centers and pair them up, take them out of that slot, then move on. You do not have to put the edges according to their centers. Ask questions if you are stuck
